Amazingly helpful and extremely helpful staff, it was really good stay.

The location of the hotel was central, really close to the train station, main attractions and shopping streets and main square. Had brunch in the Il Bottegone, located nearby.

The rooms were all well-appointed and beautifully maintained with big and comfy bed. The breakfast food was good, different choices to eat like croissants, toast, pancakes, yoghourt, and eggs. The location was IDEAL, not very far from a l-shaped square.

Booked a room with a view and balcony. All of the staff were very excellent. The hotel had a very central location very close to the Duomo.

The location was marvellous, close to the magnificent Duomo, main square and the Cathedral and Academie where statue of David is displayed and the Ponte Vecchio. Also, we were relatively near a distinguished monument.

Amazing location for our visit to a fortress palace at a walking distance from the hotel. New-fashioned and spotless rooms, exceptionally comfortable beds. A wide range of food at the great and excellent breakfast.

my queen room was equipped with a balcony and a safe. the breakfast was wonderful with egg dishes and beautiful view, for example to choose from.

Everything in this lovely small and fantastic hotel was really good, we appreciated it. The location of the venue was comfortable and ideal - just a short stroll away from an art museum. We spent 3 nights in queen room with the view.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The value for money was excellent, and the room was clean and comfortable with an extra bed and a nice bathroom. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of the city with the Duomo just outside the window. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, allowing us to store our luggage before and after check-in.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety.

Best possible location right in the centre of things, you can walk everywhere. And it's adjacent to statue of David, the Duomo, so very conveniently located in Florence, and Ponte Vecchio and Florence's Main Train Station.

Amazing location! Very helpful staff - used Florence as base and they held our big bags when we off for weekends, etc.

Street noise was a bit hard to get used to, but worth it for location.

Fantastic friendly, amiable people working here. Excellent very central location, close to all sights, shopping and restaurants and the numerous cafés and so very conveniently located in Florence.
